Hello, my name is Michael J Deiter I am an ADA and mental health interventionist. My specialty is in personal biology sociology and every day social contentions that affect our mental health, physical health and spiritual health and the stress and the oxidization of our blood all of our trauma responses in every day interactions. I really enjoy how the Lecture are points out The importance, and the critical elements of self-care understanding how it affects us in our everyday life and everyone in it also provides a better understanding to be able to become a pro Social warrior and to most of all, take care of ourselves and love and respect ourselves, and I believe in my opinion until we can do that we can’t love and respect anybody else it’s just my metaphysics behind it.
