This training provides employment professionals a step-by-step guide in how to use Partners with Business paid coworker support to create natural workplace supports that benefit employees with disabilities, strengthen workplace teams, and reduce reliance on traditional job coaching.

Competitive Integrated Employment for People with Physical Disabilities
This training will help people with physical disabilities overcome obstacles by learning about employment statistics and barriers, exploring employment supports and strategies, and understanding how to access resources and services to help them be successful in achieving competitive integrated employment.

This service allows individuals with disabilities needing ongoing support with maintaining employment to be independent and integrated in their workplace.
